The Real Estate Profit Machine

Return Policy

I may rescind my purchase until the end of the thirtieth (30th) day following the purchase date for any home study course or training program that I have not accessed or used. Use of any services or access to any digital materials will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise stated above, all purchases (except software or digital downloads) are refundable within 30 days, based upon return of all physical course materials received in resalable condition, less any shipping and handling fees (if applicable).

In the unlikely event I request a refund, I will contact The Real Estate Profit Machine at 330-550-5404 to obtain my Return Authorization Number (RA#). Upon receipt of my RA#, I must return all materials received — including any bonus items — in resalable condition within seven (7) business days using trackable shipping. I must bear the entire cost of returning these items, and I will bear the risk of loss or damage for all packages until they arrive at The Real Estate Profit Machine's offices.

Returns received without reference to the RA#, or more than seven (7) business days after issuance, may be delayed or denied. No refunds will be authorized more than 30 days after the date of purchase. If third-party financing is used, services may be discontinued without notice if payments are delinquent. Note: Refunds processed through third-party financing exclude fees and interest.

Online Courses & Training Programs

If my purchase includes access to an online training program or course, I understand I must activate and begin the course within one hundred eighty (180) days of my enrollment date. I may access course materials for one (1) year from my initial enrollment date.

I agree that failure to access or complete the training program does not constitute grounds for a refund, and none will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. Course content, formats, and delivery methods are subject to change, and every effort will be made to notify me of any such changes.

Live Training Events (If Applicable)

If my purchase includes admission to a live training event, I must attend within one hundred eighty (180) days of enrollment.

If I register for a Training Event and find that I cannot attend, I may contact The Real Estate Profit Machine to transfer to another like Training Event or receive a credit toward another event, with no penalty.

I agree that not attending a Training Event does not constitute grounds for a refund, and none will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change, and every effort will be made to notify me of such changes.

To reserve a seat for a repeat event, I understand I must pay a $250 per person, non-transferable earnest money seat deposit, refundable after attendance. If I do not attend the reserved event, the seat deposit will be forfeited. I have 7 business days prior to the event start date to cancel my reservation and receive a full seat deposit refund.

Software & Digital Downloads

I am aware there is no refund policy on any software or digital download products I am purchasing. All Sales Are Final.

SMS / Text Message Terms of Service

The Real Estate Profit Machine Text Program

This program sends promotional texts to users interested in our offers and serves as a reminder for courses, events, and special promotions.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to opt out. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation of your cancelled subscription and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, simply sign up again the same way you originally did.

If you are experiencing issues, reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at 330-550-5404.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Additional Terms and Conditions

I authorize The Real Estate Profit Machine or Twin Oak Enterprises, Inc. to use my success story, testimonial, and/or results in future publications and marketing materials.

I acknowledge that The Real Estate Profit Machine, Twin Oak Enterprises, Inc. does not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney, or financial advisor. If I have a tax or legal question, I will seek the advice of a qualified professional.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own actions and hereby release The Real Estate Profit Machine, Twin oak Enterprises, Inc. and any of its staff, employees, officers, or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or results influenced by the information contained in products and services received.

From this day forward, I assume full responsibility for my personal, physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

I understand that by providing my information during enrollment, I give The Real Estate Profit Machine or Twin Oak Enterprises, Inc. permission to communicate with me via email, text messaging, recorded voice message, or phone to relay special offers, announcements, and information relevant to my business.

I will not reproduce any copyrighted materials, nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone, in order to remain in compliance with applicable federal and state copyright and trademark laws.

I agree that all sales are final after 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise above. I agree that I will not contact my credit card company to dispute a charge after the 30-day refund period has expired.

As disclosed in our marketing materials, by providing your email and telephone number, you agree to receive email offers as well as marketing calls — including through the possible use of an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded messages, and text messages — from us and our agents and affiliates, at the contact information you provided, which you certify is your own.

You agree to update us if your contact information changes. You are not required to consent to marketing in order to purchase, and you may opt out at any time and in any reasonable manner.

Duty to Read

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this policy, and I have done so. I attest to this duty and submit my order to execute this document. I understand I may not use lack of reading as a defense against any remedies contained herein.
